Sliding Scale Pricing
At we believe everything is possible. Our sliding pricing scale demonstrates this. We believe that you will pay according to your means, and your social conscious. Our goal is to make our clothing accessible to a wide range of people, so those who can pay a bit more help those who need to pay a bit less. We all share this world together, afterall.

Generally, orders will ship within 12 days. We are just starting out so please be patient with us. We generally ship via USPS which has been rated one of the most "green" shipping options available. We off-set carbon emissions from shipping via TerraPass.
We use reused and recycled shipping products while trying to make your order as beautiful as possible. Getting used to green changes may sometimes mean getting reused packaging. Recycling mail order packaging takes energy. When we reuse that packaging, money and energy will be saved.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can know precisely when your clothing will arrive! We do not charge sales tax, as this is not applicable in the state of Oregon.

International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail for a flat fee of $18.00 USD. This does not include duty, customs adjustments, or VAT. Additional charges in VAT and duties may apply when your items arrive.
Exchanges/Returns
Do you need to return your order? We'll be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Do cut down on paper waste we do not include a return and exchange form with every package. Instead you can print one out here.
In order to receive a refund or credit/exchange, an item must be returned in new condition within sixty days of the purchase date. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are requesting an exchange, no additional shipping & handling will be charged.
Your feedback is imoprtant to us. Please fill out the return section of your refund/exchange form and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
Sizing Charts
We keep our sizing simple so you can focus on style. Our sizes are comparable to those you might find in a store like the GAP. Please use the charts below for specific measurements.
Customer questions:
Q: In choosing my size, I need to know whether the garments are pre-washed. I need to know whether to factor in shrinking, and if so, how much. - Lenore
A: Our clothes are not pre-washed. We like to keep the finish in tact and bring you the freshest clothing possible. However, MamaBird knows you don't have time to hand-wash your clothes. She doesn't either, so she designed CROW to be practical. There are washing instructions on every garment: Cold water, line or light tumble dry. Our clothing might shrink a slight amount if dried on high. We haven't found it to be noticeable. No clothing should shrink when washed in cold and line dried. This way of caring for clothing keeps your clothes looking fresh and crisp, and leaves a lighter footprint on our planet. Thanks Lenore!
Q: Are your clothestrue to size? - Beth
A: Yes. We don't run small or large. Many of our designs are fitted for a long lean look, so if your used to roomy clothes, you might get your CROW gear a size larger than you usually wear. - Thanks Beth!
